Aries New Moon: Off to the Races!

We talked about the Libra Full Moon last month (you can check that out here) but now we’re talking about a lunation in Libra’s opposite sign of Aries.

As a reminder, the Moon rules our emotions. It’s how we feel through life's ups and downs. It’s our innermost self...our planetary safe haven. Luckily, it’s the Age of Aquarius and it’s becoming more and more popular to not only acknowledge what the Moon is up to, but also to honor it and work with the energetics of each specific lunar cycle.

So, this weekend, we have a New Moon on Sunday, April 11th (or early April 12th depending on your timezone) at 22° Aries. This is one of the biggest moments to instigate CHANGE in the entirety of 2021. Why? Because at the time of this New Moon we have Venus, Mercury, Chiron, the Sun, and, of course, the Moon, ALL IN THE SIGN OF ARIES!

Aries is the initiator. It’s the leader. It’s an energy that charges forth, opponents be damned. With a grand total of FIVE planetary bodies concentrated in the sign (and ZERO planets currently retrograde!) for this New Moon, it finally feels like the moment we’ve all been waiting for.

It’s time to begin again.

This should come as welcomed energy to pretty much all zodiac signs, because we’ve been in a global pandemic for over a year now! Stagnation and sitting still has been the story for seemingly ever, but now, the Universe is gifting us a huge reset moment.

Locate the house that Aries rules in your birth chart (or book a reading with a reputable astrologer for support) to see where your forward momentum will be highlighted with this lunation. You’re being asked to become a leader in this area of your chart. Seize the moment!
